A week in Piedmont

We're putting together the final details to this new tour in response to our survey of clients and followers and we couldn't be more excited.

​

This escorted tour will provide our guests with a wonderful blend of great food and wine experiences, and immersion in the history, culture and daily life of the local area.

​

Our week in Piedmont will start and end in Torino (Turin), where we'll explore the history of Italy's first united parliament and its historic cafes and palazzos.

 

We'll then travel by private minivan to our base near Alba from where we'll enjoy five days tasting the marvellous local wines for which the region is famous, including Barolo, Barbaresco and Moscato. We'll also savour the fantastic food of the area: famed for fruit, nuts, chocolate and - on course - truffles!
